• Financial transaction records — retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction in compliance with AMLA and tax record-keeping requirements.
• Customer support communications — retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.

Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data.
