The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 95 Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the 95 Jili platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, website design, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of 95 Jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 95 Jili platform without the express prior written consent of 95 Jili.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 95 Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
95 Jili's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
95 Jili makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.
95 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

95 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 95 Jili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction with respect to the protection of intellectual property rights or the enforcement of confidentiality obligations.
